In Memorial/Time of Death, flowers so often a witness of death, have been filmed over a period of time, slowly deteriorating. Projected onto a dark wall this work becomes emotionally potent as the edges of the images become ambiguous, conveying the concept that ‘the time of death” is fluid and there is often no one particular moment in which we can determine the moment of absence.
